UserEvidence is a critical pillar of our customer marketing stack. Of all the tools we use, UE was by far the fastest time to value (we had hundreds of content assets in weeks of starting). UE is our customer content engine, and integrates well with Influitive (both recruiting advocates into the community, and giving them an easy activity to do to support us). We've also sourced dozens of new advocate/reference volunteers that we can port into SlapFive for ongoing reference lifecycle management.
