Auto logging of customer calls with the Gainsight integration thatt Gong has saves time and creates efficiencies in my CSMs day to day - taking one more admin step out of their workload I am also able to listen to far more of my CSMs customer interactions than I would have been able to previously. They are able to send me clips for feedback, and it gives us an opportunity to collaborate and interact on a deeper level
