The need for a new solution emerged right before Covid around December 2019. Our HR Solutions Center Team was created to provide a first line of contact for LG Electronics Employees across the United States at many different LG Subsidiaries. The challenges we faced were Employee Engagement and Employee Interaction with our HR Team. With the launch of Freshworks and Freshdesk, our HR Solutions Center was able to connect with LG Employees across the United States and even overseas. Canned Responses, Ticket Resolutions, and the Search History feature is always a life saver!
