I like how easy their software is, as I never experience any lag; it is smooth and quick unlike Meta Business Suite. The AI alt text for images is extremely helpful, it saves me a bunch of time thinking of that and creates less work for me. I got the hang of it really quick, and my favorite function is the Tags to easily map out which posts are doing the best.
