I love that it transcribes and outlines my customer calls. It it so easy for me to ask questions about a past call and navigate to that section. Other features I love - listening back over calls with my boss for coaching, reviewing team member calls to improve product knowledge, and more. Overall, I was part of a pilot with our company, so they are still unlocking additional features for us and I'm sure there is a lot more that I haven't take advantage of yet!
