Over the last 18 months, we've replaced all of our compliance training with interactive e-learning that all are 15 minutes or less, reducing induction by 3-4 weeks and repeat compliance refreshers from 2 full weeks of scheduled workshops to 2 hours and 44 minutes, which can be spread out and done in people's own time. We've increased retention rates, cost-effectiveness, and just-in-time learning. ESAT is now at an average of 4.6/5 per compliance course - previously around 3-4*, and we're able to create role-specific process courses, which learners are accessing multiple times as and when they need it, improving embedding.Our NPS has improved +8 over last 12 months – we were on -76 before the switch to online learning! +4 in last 3 months – nanolearning allows us to focus on role-specific training without spending additional time and resources. The average in Water industry is -18 so we’re really proud of this! We've also improved on our feedback culture and are receiving proactive qualitative data from our users in this form, to help make improvements and add to our resources moving forward.
