Since I'm new to my current role, I am still learning more about Xactly. This event was very informative and engaging. I've been to events/workshops before, this one by far is my favorite. I liked the workshop because the trainer had us follow along with her and when we had questions, she was more than happy to answer DURING the workshop.(other events always say keep questions towards the end). Personally, I believe when learning how to do something, it's easier to grasp it by just doing it and getting your hands in there and this event advocated for that which I applaud. The sessions after was very informative and what I loved the most about it was that the speakers made it very insightful and very simple for me as newbie to understand the topics at a high level.
